Kinesiology Tape
Flexible tape is applied strategically to the skin to provide sensory information, improve muscle function, enhance circulation of blood and lymph fluid, reduce pain, and provide re-alignment of tissues.

Functional Movement Re-training
Body mechanics training and self-awareness education is provided for clients recovering from injury as well as those clients interested in prevention. All activities of daily living will become more efficient, including self care activities, sitting, movement transfers, walking, stair climbing, lifting, bending, caretaking, and recreational activities/sports.

Home Exercise Program
As part of your personal plan, an individualized exercise program will be prescribed. Performing exercises and consistently at home will help to achieve your goals for improved alignment, posture, mobility, stability, and balance. Your home exercise participation will further enhance your healing process, and empower you with tools to independently relieve your symptoms.

Home Fitness Consultation
